    Diet chart of first trimester for non-vegetarian in pregnancy for Indian

    First trimester start from 1 week to 12 week of pregnancy, your first week starts from the last period first day, after you know you conceive you already a 6 week pregnant, during first trimester is vital than the other two trimester because in this trimester your baby growth is faster than others. Your baby’s heart, bones, muscles and all the organs are formed. Moms should be eat a good healthy diet for a healthy baby, she needs protein, fiber, carbohydrates, iron, calcium, good fat, and vitamins, mineral. Eat folic acid rich food is important for the growth of baby.

    First trimester pregnant women of normal weight needs 1800 calories per day.

    Lunch 100gm lean chicken curry+ rice+ curd 1 cup red lentil dal+ rice+ I cup spinach+ cucumber salad 50gm Lean mutton curry + rice + curd 1 cup Dal makhani + rice 1 piece Salmon fish Fry + fry rice 1 cup palak paneer + rice 50gmlean beef curry+ rice + curd
    Evening meal 2 almond+ 2 walnuts+ chickpea chole chat ½ cup carrot halwa 1 cup Tea+ 2 almond + 2 walnuts Beetroot juice with lemon honey 1 garlic bread sandwich (mozzarella) 1 cup corn soup Tea+ brown rice poha
    Dinner 2 Chapati + ½ cup lady finger 3 chapati + ½ Green beans 2 chapati/rice + Spinach black lentils dal with aalu bharta 3 chapati + 1 cup broccoli 2 chapati + spinach 3 chapati + soya chunk curry Sattu paratha + curd
