  • Ankylosing spondylitis or arthritis are affected your spine mostly your lower back
  • Juvenile arthritis(JA), is a juvenile rheumatoid arthritis which affect the lining of the joints (synovium membrane). It only affects the teen children under the age of 16

Arthritis have not permanent cure but now a days having a good management and controlled on arthritis. Rheumatologists are the specialize in joints diseases studies. They try to relief pain and inflammation of patient and increase manage mobility for a long time

Physical therapist teaches you some exercise to help to move normally and increase your strength. They advise you to how you perform your daily work and also how to use grip for easy movement like opening the jars, open the door, etc.
