Documents required for Light vehicle Driving License Registration

If you want to open Driving License file in Emirates of UAE below I had listed the documents required for Light vehicle Driving License Registration, I know this because I had done this things.

1. Passport and valid visa page copies.
2. Emirates ID copy (If available) or any ID for verification
3. 2 photos
4. Copy of the traffic appointment slip
5. copy of training card (if available)
6. Light vehicle theory course fees 830/-Dhs (approx.)
7. Visa Electron Card is not acceptable

Note: The student will be marked absent beyond 10 minutes late and will need to rebook the same lessons with additional fee. The additional fees will be as per how much class did you miss.

I reached to the class late due traffic. What is the late fees for one class because when I reached in driving school the counter of payment was closed.

I need just an idea if any one knows about it.

Normally many of them get fail.
