How to remove Vulkan runtime libraries

Guys please help me

How to remove Vulkan runtime libraries from my windows after it get installed my system is getting slower and slower. Actually after my web search I didn't came to conclusion that what is Vulkan runtime libraries? is it a virus? or just a new windows error in Microsoft Windows 10?.

If anyone aware of it please help me or shall I reinstall the windows again.

Brother you don't need to worry about Vulkan runtime libraries, it is just a runtime libraries same like DirectX or the OpenGL.
