ADM CDP portal is not working, login problem | CDP Login Page Abu Dhabi

Hi friend from last thursday I am trying open ADM CDP Login Page for getting NOC from Abu Dhabi Municipality but it is not working at all. I tried to open in different browser like Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome but it is not opening.

Anyone other who is facing this problem or I am the only one who has this problem please reply me. I it is more than a couple of days past still not working.

I am afraid that CDP portal is closed or not.

Yes, ADM CDP portal was down due to certificate issue not it is up just check it.
