Black carbon in wheel of my SUV car

I had found some Black carbon substance in my SUV car wheel, I don't know the reason why it came but I think may be I change my vehicle wheels. I am the new driver and recently purchased this car second hand. Well I didn't check it properly as they had assured me that the car has no problem and they said if any problem then call us or bring the vehicles to us. Now the problem is the person with whom I had purchased is replaced by new guy over the shop and he is asking about the payment slip and I lost it.

At this movement I don't care about the receipt but I want to know the solution for this whether I should go garage or it is happening with every vehicles after changing the wheels.

Please advice me

@Wiseman, I think there is no need to worry. After changing wheels there must be small amount of black carbon/dust due to tyre. Kindly check your tyre for any kind of hole in it. Thanks
