Housing Investment in UAE at this time is Good

This is just a suggestion from you all, I want to Invest in the Housing Market in UAE at this time is it Good to Invest or not. I am scared of current condition of Markets whether it is good or not I don't know. I need a suggestion which will be good to my Investment.

Investment in the housing is always profit in any countries unless and until it is under your supervisions and control. If you're foreigner or expat in UAE then think before you Invest.

Investing in any industries in subject to it, perhaps it will be good deal or vise versa in some case.
